I have created this list of mercenary units for use by warmaster generals to cover some of the weaknesses of their armies. Only 1 mercenary unit per 1000 points can be used in a regular warmaster army.

rolled a 1 on the orders blunder chart (ie: -1 command rolls for the rest of the game).
Only 1 pay chest ever in an army. Modeling opportunities: suitable cart model or a modified empire war altar. This unit can only be purchased if a mercenary unit is purchased for an army. Any army can purchase the pay chest if they have a mercenary unit in their army. |
