The Legion of the Damned were once are a chapter of Space Marines that were lost to the Warp centuries ago. It is thought among learned adepts and the Inqusition that the Legion is the remains of the Fire Hawks chapter but no one knows for sure. Very few individuals have seen them since the day of their disappearance.. But when they do choose to appear, they are always fighting for the Emperor and mankind. Many a loyalist was saved at the last moment by the ghosts of the Legion.
